Web server support is builtin for usage with any web browser. A virtual private network (VPN) connection(available on most routers) may be utilized on the PlugValet controller side for internet support and iPhone/iPad side in order to communicate via internet from anywhere in the world.  In-house network communication does not require a VPN Connection to operate and can be configured with a local in-house provided IP address for connection.

PlugValet SmartPlugs are powerful wireless multi-processor micro computers used for managing and controlling any plug-in device. PlugValet SmartPlugs are available in either 110vac or 277vac configurations. Computers measure current in real time for each controlled A/C circuit channel. Additionally temperature and humidity are monitored and logged real time. These PlugValet SmartPlugs can be quickly and easily commissioned and then programmed or monitored from anywhere throughout the world. PlugValet series of smart plugs can control several items on each of the relay circuits.

PlugValet can easily program single plug timers, zone timers, motion/proximity sensors or daylight harvesting. Energy savings is easily viewed and then evaluated for custom tuning of monthly costs down as low as possible. PlugValet Smart Plug devices connect to each other and then create a SmartPlug network used to obtain status and manipulate on/off timers. Timers can be used for independent  SmartPlug devices or groups of devices. PlugValet collects and saves valuable data metrics available from each independent device controller and displays this in a graph. In addition, PlugValet tracks and logs the data for comparison and usage over user selectable time.
